Officer Comment:

I wish to clarify the reasons for recommendation as follows, as this is not clear on page 10 the agenda. 

It is considered that the development complies with policies H33, ENV28, ENV34 of the Maidstone Borough-Wide Local Plan 2000 and there are no other material considerations which would warrant refusal of planning permission.

RECOMMENDATION

My recommendation is unchanged.
