The
Sub-Committee considered the appeal of 24 penalty points being
issued against the individual as identified in the exempt
report.
RESOLVED: That the individual’s Private Hire
Driver’s Licence, as identified in the exempt report, be
suspended until 27th March 2020 or until he passes one
Maidstone Knowledge Test before the 27th March
2020.
