2. Allocation of S106 Developer Contribution from 11 Buckland Hill MA/07/0463 pdf icon PDF 63 KB

Decision:

1.  That the proposed spending of £16,823.25 received as a S106 contribution from development of the site on the former 11 Buckland Hill, Maidstone development be agreed.

 

2.  That the proposed spending be allocated as follows:

  1. £4,800 be spent on upgrading existing landscaping of Brenchley Gardens.
  2. £8,023.25 be used towards the refurbishment of the toilets in Brenchley Gardens.
  3. £4,000 be used for a scheme to protect the War Memorial steps.
