RESOLVED: That subject to the
prior completion of a Deed of Variation and Supplemental Deed
linking the Section 73 application to the previously agreed and
signed Section 106 agreement, the Head of Planning and Development
be given delegated powers to grant
permission subject to the conditions set out in the report.
