The Maidstone Mayor's Jubilee tea party

As part of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations the Mayor of Maidstone is holding a 70th Birthday tea party and residents of Maidstone are invited to apply to attend.

Queen Elizabeth II came to the throne in 1952 and is the longest serving British monarch.

The event will be held on Wednesday 1 June 2022 from 2.30pm to 4.30pm.

In celebration of this magnificent achievement, Maidstone Borough Council and the Mayor will be hosting a special afternoon tea on Wednesday 1 June 2022 and would like to invite residents who were born in 1952 to apply for two free tickets (for them and a guest) to join them to commemorate the Jubilee.

It will also be a magnificent way for them to celebrate their own 70th Birthday too.
