If you have a garden waste subscription, you can use this form to:

• change your contact details or address
• repair the yellow stripe on a bin
• order a new permit sticker
• replace or remove a bin
• cancel your subscription

You can order or renew a garden bin or add an extra bin on our other forms.

What happens next

If you asked us to:

• update your details, we will update them in our system
• repair your bin, leave it outside your property, and we will repair it within 10 days
• send you a new permit, it will arrive by post within 10 days
• deliver a new or replacement bin, it will arrive within 10 days

We will not empty bins without a valid permit.

Cancellations

If you cancel, your collections will stop straight away. You will not be refunded for the rest of your subscription.
