Notice of application to review a premises licence

Maidstone Borough Council has received an application on behalf of Kent Police to review the premise licence issued in respect of:
Hop Pole Inn
Maidstone Road
Nettlestead
Kent
ME18 5HH
The grounds for the review are that in the opinion of a senior police officer the premises are associated with serious crime or serious disorder or both.
Responsible authorities and other persons wanting to make representations regarding the review should do so in writing and send to:
