Shepway community larder

What is it

The Shepway Community Larder aims to help local residents struggling with the costs of buying healthy food, either for themselves of their families, due to the cost of living crisis.

It's open to everyone. You'll be warmly welcomed with a friendly smile and a cup of tea. We all need a little help sometimes and the larder is there to provide it.

For a voluntary contribution of £3 you could get a shopping bag of 12 store cupboard and household products of your choice, plus some chilled food like eggs, cheese and meat if it's available.

It will also act as a warm hub, and a place to access confidential advice and support.

Opening hours

10am to 1pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays and every other Saturday.
