Committee considered the report and the urgent update report of the
Head of Planning and Development.

Street addressed the meeting on behalf of the applicant.
RESOLVED: That permission be
granted subject to the conditions and informatives set out in the report, as amended by
the urgent update report, with the amendment of condition 10 as
follows:
Following first occupation of any of the houses
hereby permitted details of the size, design and siting of four
integral bird bricks and two bat boxes to be incorporated into the
fabric of the houses shall be submitted for prior approval in
writing by the Local Planning Authority. The bird bricks and bat boxes shall be installed
within 3 months of approval and retained as such at all times
thereafter.
Reason: To ensure that
adequate provision is made for wildlife in accordance with the
provisions of the NPPF.
