RESOLVED: 1. That the proposed amendments to the Nomination Form be agreed. 2. That Job Specification Forms be included in all future reports when making nominations to Outside Bodies.

That Councillors Nelson-Gracie and Paine be nominated as the Council’s representatives on Action with Communities in Rural Kent for a term of 1 year from 1 September 2012. 2. That Councillor Mrs Parvin be nominated as the Council’s Nominative Trustee on the Brenchley Charity for a term of four years from 1 October 2012.
