This report summarises the results of an
independent review of the Council’s property portfolio. The
review makes recommendations about properties in the portfolio
where it is considered appropriate to dispose of them, redevelop,
carry out more estates work or carry out other management actions.
The report describes the next steps in carrying forward the work
arising from the review.
