Pre-application fees for major and large works
Our fees are based on the scale and complexity of your proposal or query for major and large works. All of our advice and meetings are held with a planning officer. Follow-up advice can be either written or a telephone meeting and payments can be paid later if required.
Each pre-application advice request should relate to only one redevelopment scheme for a specific site. Do not submit advice requests for multiple schemes for the same site.
For schemes involving more than two sites, please contact the Planning Technical Team by email: PlanningTechnicalTeam@maidstone.gov.uk for further advice. All prices include VAT.
