Planning fees

Planning fees will be increasing from 6 December 2023. Applications received on, or after this date will be required to pay the new fee. Any applications that have been held as invalid that are made valid on, or after this date will also need to pay the new fee.

Pre-application fees for major and large works

Our fees are based on the scale and complexity of your proposal or query for major and large works. All of our advice and meetings are held with a planning officer. Follow-up advice can be either written or a telephone meeting and payments can be paid later if required.
